ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member at Heather Mccloskey - State Farm Agent, your main goal is to make sure our clients have the best experience possible and help our insurance agency thrive. We need someone who pays attention to small details, is great at customer service, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Your job will involve answering customer questions, working with other team members, and being proactive in assisting the community. If you're a friendly and caring team player, we'd love to talk to you. We also have opportunities for ambitious candidates who are motivated by sales and want to grow their career within the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Must be able to attain Washington State Insurance License
Compensation $46,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
